Corrosion protection ex works is a matter of course for us

In case of new buildings, all components are now generally derusted by blasting and provided with at least one coat of primer at the factory before they reach the construction site. There is no reasonable alternative to this factory corrosion protection.

On approx. 4,000 m² of factory space, in three stationary corrosion protection works, about 250,000 m² of different building components are protected against corrosion by us every year. We are capable of processing single parts up to a weight of 120 tonnes, and are therefore one of the leading plants in Germany. A fact that, in all humility, fills us with pride.

Corrosion protection ex works today means more than just blast cleaning and subsequent painting. Another application is, for example, electrostatic powder coating, particularly of large parts. This process is successfully applied by us.
